# Backup on-demand

## Storage List

To perform an on-demand backup, go to the instances tab under the Storage Providers section.

Or select multiple instances and click on the ![](https://content.gitbook.com/content/0FWMFN0y1yUTAd3cSRaK/blobs/ikZ8vN5urRyWVZprkSSr/administration-storage_providers-instances-backup_on_demand_icon_2.png) icon to back them up.

Finally select the backup type, backup destination, when a task should start, the priority, and click on the backup button.
