# Users

There are two types of users:

* local users
* LDAP users (refer to how setup [LDAP authentication)](https://docs.storware.eu/backup-and-recovery-7.3/settings/settings#authentication)

Complete the following parameters:

* First Name
* Last Name
* Password
* Timezone
* Language

Save, and now you can add this account to the specific group. In the Groups section, click on the name of the group and add a user.
